We plan: together, we scope the work, build a strategy, and gather what we need to build you a brick house of a response (stuff like past proposals, compliance matrices, and any intel you've got on the competition).3. We write: based on our plan of attack, we write until we're happy with the proposal and edit until you're happy with it too. This will likely be right away. We revise, polish, and finalize every last page and do a final compliance review. You approve.4.
